LOST TICKETS
Your seats are guaranteed. If your tickets become lost, we will replace them free of charge at the theater at the time of your performance with I.D.

TICKET EXCHANGE
Date conflict? No problem. Exchanges are a benefit of being a subscriber. Please try to exchange your ticket(s) 2-4 weeks before the show. If you miss your show date, we cannot help you.

Ticket exchanges are subject to ticket availability. A late exchange fee of $5 is applied within 72 hours of your scheduled show date and a $10 fee if within 24 hours.

If you exchange your tickets to a performance with a higher ticket price, please be prepared to pay for the upgrade amount. For example, Preview tickets are significantly less expensive than Friday, so please expect to pay a few dollars more when you make the exchange.
